Why Breaking the Code
Breaking the Code — filmmaker Ben Rekhi’s deeply personal documentary about his father, Kanwal Rekhi.
From Partition refugee to Silicon Valley pioneer, Kanwal Rekhi became the first Indian American to take a venture-backed company public on the Nasdaq. That company, Excelan, commercialized the networking technology the modern internet was built on. He went on to co-found TiE.
